While... read more at the casa, we spent much of our time on the back patio. Pleasant breeze and singing tree frogs in the evening. If your no friend of roosters and hens, this would not be the place for you, as they are vocal much of the time. The various restaurants in Esperanza are walkable, but other than Sun Bay Beach (ca. 1.5 miles walk), you will need a vehicle or golf cart to visit other beaches.

Another 20 min... read more to two more beaches. 10 min walking to grocery store. The house was just as described. Secured parking. Great idea about having an outdoor shower to wash off the sand. The house was equipped with everything you need for cooking at home. The house was very welcoming and warming and cosy. We felt like we were at home. The neighbors were very friendly. The kids were amazed by seeing lizards, iguanas, chickens, roosters, horses and many others. A kitty and 4 kittens would come and visit daily. 🙂 If you are looking for a very quiet getaway with amazing wildlife were you dont even need to pay money to see Vieques is for you! We will be back!
